We just purchased our second rug as we were very pleased with the first after having it stand up to young kids, pets and two years of traffic (it’s still beautiful!). Upon the new rug’s arrival, we noticed a small defect. I reached out to ruggable customer service and they promptly resolved the issue. Not only is the product outstanding, so is the customer service!

Just made my third purchase. Won’t be my last, planning to replace the rugs in my bedroom next. I have cats and the ability to wash my rugs is paramount. The fact that they look amazing and wash so beautifully makes me so happy.

Super disappointed by this rug. I’ve had 3 Ruggables and loved every one. This one shows EVERY dirt spot and is unmaintainable. Super disappointed.

I love ruggable. I have one in every room in my house. This rug went in my bedroom and is an 8x10. I love it BUT why would you use two 4x10 rug pads! It’s impossible to get the rug to look nice. I’m really upset with how it looks and how hard it is to set up. We have a 9x12 in our living room that came in one piece that we love! I’m giving the company a 5 star but this rug pad situation gives this specific rug a 3 star

I ordered 2 rugs a few months ago and love them. I like that the rugs are not thick but still provide nice protection for the floor and easy to use in the office and in the front entrance. Loved them so much just ordered another to place over a cord that needs to run thru a high traffic area in our home.

I love these rugs. Our large living room rug (2 years old) has stood up to a Bullmastiff who likes to chew on anything she can. All the rugs are easy to wash and fit easily in a standard washer/dryer. I won’t buy anything else.

I love the bedroom, bathroom rugs purchased 3 years ago and just purchased a rug for our sliding door. So easy to care for.

Recently ordered the Leelu design 6x8 area rug, 3x5 rug and 2.5x7 runner.
They look amazing. Delivery was fairly quick.
I made the mistake of forgetting to order the rug pad for the 3x5 and 2.5x7, both of which are now heading to their new home. When they arrive, I'll be truly satisfied with the look.
I write about the functionality and washability later - gotta find out myself first!!!!
Forgot to add!! My 2 constant shedders, my Pembroke corgis seem to love them immediately, seems they are their rugs now!!!!!

Just ordered my seventh ruggable and can hardly wait. I have an old dog and you never know what will be “deposited” on the rugs. Ruggables wipe up easily and a lot of times that’s all I need but other times it is definitely throw in the washer time. They look as good as the day I bought them. Thank you for making my life easier.
